U.S. History Honors: Today we completed the Jigsaw activity and it was generally successful. I assigned homework "A Century of Dishonor" by Helen Hunt Jackson. I am awaiting eagerly the slew of emails explaining how they could not complete it for various reasons ranging from "no internet" to "I am actually a werewolf and I was unable to type in my wolf form." This seems reasonable.

AICE Global Perspectives seemed horrified that the class that actually has research in the name requires research. I observed one student spend his entire time in class doing homework for astronomy. I chose not to intervene. It's only fair that he should fail one class at a time. I wish him well.
