Rage against the machine.

I am not sure how printers work. I believe that inside there is a tiny person that writes or draws at our pleasure, with the threat of being electrocuted (hence all the wires.) When I rage against the machine it is no mere metaphor, it is the printer in my classroom that is younger than most ducks (and they don't live that long, although I wish them no ill will). That printer has decided it is time to retire. It has "lived beyond it's usefulness". Quitter! I continue to come to work!
Fine.
I taught AP Government today with as little emotion and personal feelings as possible.
AICE Global Perspectives Cybersecurity spent more time than usual insulting me (at least one kid) and then they all attempted to sing Happy Birthday to some kid, but sounded instead like someone had driven a lawnmower over a beach full of seals.
I think I'm done for awhile. Words are subjective.
